TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: March 31, 2026

These terms govern your use of KillSesh ("the Service"), operated by Dylan Beers ("we", "us"). By using KillSesh, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

KillSesh is a security monitoring platform that scans for data breaches, detects unauthorized sessions, and helps you manage your online account exposure. We provide breach detection, phishing analysis, session monitoring, and account registry features.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use KillSesh.

3. Email Access

When you connect a Gmail or Outlook account, you grant KillSesh read-only access to scan email headers and metadata for breach notifications and phishing indicators. You can revoke this access at any time from your dashboard or directly from your Google/Microsoft account settings. We access only what is necessary for threat detection.

4. Subscription Plans

Free: Limited breach scanning (5 scans/day), basic account registry.

Pro ($9.99/month): Unlimited scanning, session monitoring, kill switch access, phishing radar.

Business ($29.99/month): Everything in Pro plus domain monitoring, team dashboard (up to 50 users), and API access.

All paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
